Position Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate our recruiting function for our private duty nursing service line. This role will manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists while driving strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across our growing organization.
You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to support workforce planning, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing coaching, performance management, and development opportunities.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes to ensure effective and timely placement of candidates.
Monitor and support the use of recruiting systems and tools, including internet-based sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems.
Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop innovative, data-driven recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles, departments, and markets.
Guide sourcing efforts to identify and build candidate pipelines through channels such as industry associations, networking events, career fairs, social media, and passive sourcing techniques.
Ensure consistent promotion of the employer brand and reinforce a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding processes, including new hires from organic growth, acquisitions, and expansions into new markets.
Proactively build, identify and engage future talent pipeline through targeted outreach efforts, including participation in job fairs, development of college recruitment strategies and design and execute targeted campaigns based on business needs.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize talent acquisition performance.
Support departmental and organizational initiatives, including HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.
Stay current with employment trends, labor market conditions, and compliance requirements relevant to recruiting and hiring.
Other related duties as assigned.

Experience with ATS platforms (ClearCompany or similar)

Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high quality DME and nursing services to children that are medically fragile since 1990. Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of the clients we serve are age’s birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.
SALARY RANGE:
At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The range for this role is $65,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
