As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization — from operational managers to executive leadership. You'll:
Develop and maintain enterprise-wide dashboards and reports that support strategic planning, clinical operations, finance, and compliance.
Translate complex data into easy-to-understand visualizations and summaries for non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Collaborate with business units to define KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting needs.
Conduct in-depth data analysis, identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement, and deliver recommendations.
Manage data quality, validation, and governance processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Design and implement data solutions, including ETL pipelines and data models, in coordination with the IT and analytics teams.
Work closely with database administrators to oversee the deployment of data to centralized repositories and ensure system scalability and performance.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and business partners on data tools, practices, and storytelling.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the organization's data assets and architecture.
Contribute to the organization’s overall data strategy and help shape a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
3+ years of experience working with large, complex datasets and enterprise-level data platforms (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Data Lake).
3+ years of experience with data governance, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Experience in healthcare operations or financial systems is highly desirable, including EMRs, EHRs, or claims and revenue cycle data.
2+ years of experience mentoring or coaching junior analysts and leading data-focused cross-functional initiatives.
Strong background in developing and presenting data visualizations and executive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and other healthcare data privacy regulations is a plus.
SALARY RANGE:
At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The range for this role is $77,150 to $86,793 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
