THE POSITION:

Verifies and keeps records on all outgoing shipments, prepares items for shipments, and responsible for delivering and picking up patient supplies and equipment to/from their homes in accordance with all policies and procedures. Tests, repairs, maintains and assists with cleaning equipment and related accessories that are provided to PHS clients.

Certificates, License, Registration

Valid State Driver’s License (must have a clean record) if working in a location where there is assistance with deliveries.

Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of the clients we serve are age’s birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.
