THE ROLE: Lead area teams to deliver highest quality care for patients, by ensuring close coordination across caregivers, supply chain and families. Lead operations, growth, and profitability across multiple branches within the designated area, driving continued growth of a $50M P&L. This role involves area leadership, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving financial objectives. The Area Manager will report directly to the Regional Vice President of Operations and will be a key leader in ensuring the success and sustainability of the business within the assigned area.
Lead a High-Impact Team – Inspire and develop frontline and support teams to deliver exceptional patient care and operational excellence across all locations.
Own Financial Performance – Area management of $50M P&L, set budgets, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to exceed revenue and profitability targets.
Deliver Unmatched Patient Care – Ensure seamless service delivery by optimizing staffing, processes, and resources to meet patient needs with the highest standards.
Drive Growth & Market Leadership – Build strategic relationships with referral partners, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to expand market share and drive business growth.
Foster a Culture of Excellence – Champion accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement to create a high-performance environment that supports both employees and patients.
Enhance Customer Experience – Proactively address escalations, monitor satisfaction levels, and implement solutions that elevate service quality and patient outcomes.
Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with the Regional VP and cross-functional teams to align on strategy, optimize operations, and scale best practices across locations.
