We are looking for a full time (40 hours a week) Supporting Documentation Specialist to join our exceptional customer service team who is committed to helping our patients thrive. Our Customer Service department is a fast-paced, high-energy environment and you’ll find yourself challenged and required to use critical thinking every day through a variety of in-person, email and phone conversations. You will also be surrounded by a close-knit and supportive group who all have the same dedication to serving medically complex children and their families.

Some of the critical tasks include:

The qualified candidate will have experience in working with providers on obtaining title 19, statements of medical necessity, etc.… for durable medical equipment and services. You’ll also need to have exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, problem solving and communication skills. A high level of initiative combined with a customer service mentality is required. Brightree EHR experience is a plus!
