Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to lead our branch operations. This key leadership role involves directing and coordinating activities across multiple departments, developing long-range goals, and ensuring that our teams are equipped to provide the highest standard of care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to support business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, process improvement, and operational scalability.
- Own and manage the P&L, ensuring financial targets and budgets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor key financial metrics, including revenue, costs, margins, and operational expenses, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide financial forecasts and reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance teams to optimize budgets and ensure profitability.
- Develop performance metrics and track operational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provides consistent updates to leadership team and board of directors regarding operational metrics, financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure seamless integration and collaboration with enterprise senior leadership and departments, including outreach, billing, and compliance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement that promotes teamwork, professional growth, employee engagement and recognizes high performance.
- Ensure exceptional patient satisfaction through process improvements and service enhancements.
- Act as point of escalation for complex issues with patients, families and internal departments, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and Master’s Degree in a health affiliated or business affiliated field
- 15+ years of healthcare experience in a Payer, Health System, Home Health, Hospital, DME
- 7+ years of managerial experience
- Proven ability to drive, lead and communicate change effectively in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable within the changing environment
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex documents and present information effectively.
- Motivate, mentor and influence others within your direct hierarchy and at various levels across the organization
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and develop operational strategies.
- Proven leadership skills, including staff development, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution.
- Experience in EHR/EMR software systems.
- Solid organizational, management, administrative and human relations skills, and a style which exhibits emotional maturity, leadership, collaboration and teamwork
- Experience delivering effective public presentations
- Ability and willingness to travel
